This is one of those pictures that makes me go "Wow!". The lights are perfect and so are the colours - the soft and delicate slide from green to blue in the blurry background makes the red of the poppy seem very striking. Also, the perfect the red-green-blue combination makes it such a beautiful piece. I think the way the light gathers around the middle of the picture - the poppy, that is - gives it a sort of glow, very soft and graceful. The details of the flower are astonishing, especially opposed to the out-of-focus background. Overall I can say you did a great job concerning the details, but the idea is not very original.
